I was thankful to be asked to be a part of the Restaurant Marketing Symposium at The Midwest Foodservice Expo to discuss social, mobile and digital communication tools.
We will explore how the menu of communication tools is changing in today’s noisy marketplace. Consumers choose what content they’re willing to digest and share with others. Businesses can leverage social, digital, and mobile marketing tools to turn customers into ambassadors. This workshop will serve life hacks to increase F&B revenue by helping businesses navigate the changing landscape of media.
